the market place using state of the art technology, brokerage relationships,
and good old-fashioned leg work. Once
market research is complete, the client is provided with a detailed market
survey of available properties meeting their criteria which includes information on market trends, demographics, vacancy rates, rental rates, sales comps and new construction activity. With
the client's input, property tours are conducted with representatives of the
company. Once the client has selected the sites they prefer to pursue, DPI moves forward with handling all aspects of purchase and/or lease negotiations while also bringing together all the other necessary resources to complete a successful transaction.
